Received a call from broker for the new upcoming project of CHD in Sohna. Sizes mentioned are 630 & 1260 sqft for 1 & 2 BHK respectively (though not sure if it is carpet or super area, but seems like super area only).Price is 4000/sqft, location is before GD Goenka School and as per him it is 9-10 km from badshahpur on the main gurgaon-sohna road.
Please share if anyone has other information about this project, also when homestaed project was in action few days back there was no name of CHD in that area, what I have listen id dlf, ireo, raheja, parsvnath, ild etc etc.. how come this sudden pre launch.
